Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Subscription refunds: Request within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used more than 10% of your subscription quota.
- One-time purchase refunds: Request within 7 days of purchase for unused services.
- Technical issues: If our platform fails to deliver promised services due to technical problems.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team through the feedback center or email support@tukera.com
- Provide your order ID, purchase date, and reason for refund request
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your Paddle account balance and can be used for future purchases.
- You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed
- Your subscription access will be terminated upon refund approval
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Used subscription quota exceeding 10% of the purchased amount
- Services consumed after the refund eligibility period
- Enterprise contracts and custom solutions (subject to contract terms)
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
